Personnel module is where all staff and departments/Labs are setup. Here you can create staff login accounts and set access rights to the LIMS.
A powerful customer relationship manager that will help you manage each customer’s profile. It allows you to add new customers, contact them via SMS or email, manage their specifications, access reports, and so much more.
Sample List Module is all the listed sample taken in that is linked to a Job, Lab, Work order and Batchers and in which Status they are currently. The user will mostly work from here as all the processes can be done from this screen.
The Result Input modules are designed to display any digital work sheets or allow for sample results to be uploaded. Each job is displayed with their current available samples that are awaiting result input. Some results can be displayed as digital worksheets that do a calculation based on input. Or can simply ask for the result to be read in.
Result Approval is for management use and allows for the data that has been read into LIMS via the ‘Result Input’ module to be approved. Each sample test is displayed with their result. The manager can ‘Accept’, ‘Decline’ or ‘Redo’ any result that has been entered. If a sample is set to ‘Redo’ it will be pushed back to the worksheet, if it is ‘Approved’ it will be pushed to the Jobs Sample test result for reporting.
Equipment modules stores all details of instruments used in the LIMS and their settings such as calibrations and reminders for laboratory staff. It also includes their description, unit number and any further information needed.
Quotes are the physical quotes created on the LIMS. Each quote created is made up of the client details, reference, samples tests fees as well as administration fees (i.e. collection, intake, outsource etc.). All quotes can be converted to invoice, emailed, printed or downloaded from the system.
Invoices are the physical invoices or ‘Pro-forma’ invoices created on the LIMS. Each invoice created is made up of the client details, reference, samples tests fees as well as administration fees (i.e. collection, intake, outsource etc.). All invoices can be emailed, printed or downloaded from the system.
The business intelligence tool gives you the opportunity to mine into data enabling trending, predictive and efficient business improvement decisions.
The Home module is a complete dashboard with a bird’s eye view of all your lab activities and reports and can be configured by each user.
